Michelle Baker has been studying, practicing, and teaching yoga and meditation for 30 years. It is her great joy to share these practices and empower others to take charge of their health and happiness with yoga. Getting older can be joyful! As a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), she specializes in healthy aging offering adaptive, therapeutic yoga and conscious, mindful movement. She shares many techniques and tools that help navigate life and bring greater harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.
