RANCHO BERNARDO LOCATION
PRIVATE EVENT DETAILS | GENERATION INFORMATION
Our Assembly Hall is an ideal space for hosting company events, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, or spending the evening enjoying a private concert. Our Garden Patio can be reserved either separately or in conjunction with our Assembly Hall. It is ideal for weddings, happy hours, and family gatherings. Our many Classrooms can be reserved for smaller groups. These are ideal for business meetings and trainings.
MENU SELECTIONS AND GUEST COUNTS
Oasis has several preferred caterers we work with; contact our Events Manager for more details. Final guest counts and all menu changes and selections are due 7 days prior to your event date and must be submitted to the company of your choosing. An increase in menu items will be acceptable so long as the request is made within 72 hours’ notice to the Catering Team. Following the event, you will be charged for the guaranteed guest count or the actual number of guests served; whichever is greater. If you plan on catering your own event, please notify the Events Manager.
PAYMENT GUARANTEES | CANCELLATION POLICY
Oasis accepts credit cards, cash, or checks. A 50% deposit and a credit card on file are required to secure your reservation. The balance of the total bill is due the day of the event. If you must cancel your event, please do so no later than 72 hours in advance or you will be charged the full agreed upon amount.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE
All food and beverage items are acceptable with pre-approval from our Events Manager. San Diego Oasis reserves the right to remove any food and beverage that is brought into the venue in violation of the policy.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION
We accept valid: Driver’s license, State ID’s, Passports, Passport Cards, Military ID’s, Mexico ID’s, and Canada ID’s.

LA MESA LOCATION (GROSSMONT CENTER)
San Diego Oasis rents space in its Lecture Hall, Meeting Rooms, Art Studio and Wellness Center for meetings and rehearsals by external organizations when not in use by Oasis. Whether it’s a one-time event or you need space for a weekly or monthly gathering, we have room options to meet your needs. Facilities are typically available before 9:30 AM, after 3:00 PM, and on weekends. Limited kitchen facilities are available for food prep, coffee service, or catering. Each room comes fully equipped with A/V equipment.
Rooms range in seating capacity from 10 to 130. Usage capacity depends on set-up configuration.
