Beatrice Ricart

Beatrice Ricart grew up in France and at a very young age helped her mom in the kitchen. As a teenager, she started to cook meals for her family from recipes she found in magazines and books. When she was in high school, she helped her friends who owned a bakery in her town. She has never stopped baking and cooking for friends since. In 2013 she graduated from San Francisco City College with an associate degree in Culinary Art. Since then, she has taught cooking classes at Draeger’s and Sur La Table in the Bay Area, and Monkeypod Jam on Kauai. She now works as a staff accountant and chef instructor at San Diego Oasis.
