Barbara Norman

Barbara Norman lives and works the philosophy that we only have this one precious life – make it full and make it meaningful.  As a Financial Planner, she is passionate about designing investment portfolios to match the goals and dreams of the people she works with.  Barbara is a professionally trained speaker and storyteller.  She brings a blend of entertainment and relevant education to help her clients and audiences grow comfortable with the complexities of investing and the markets.   Barbara began her career in 1986 with a Fortune 100 firm, but found greater satisfaction acting as a fiduciary and serving the best needs of her customers over the requirements of a large firm.  She is the CEO of Sage Path Solutions, a boutique financial planning and investment management firm and she is the Founder and content author of the Women’s Financial Academy®, an educational foundation.  Barbara is a Certified Financial Planner™, a Chartered Financial Consultant™, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. She has a tax background, is a former member of Ed Slott’s Master Elite Advisor program, and a graduate of UCSD. Barbara is the single mother of three grown children and lives in San Diego.  She loves travel, yoga, running, gardening, and painting.
