Patrick Griffith

Patrick Griffith has been teaching Tai Chi since 1997 and has been working with Oasis and the Escondido Senior Center since 2002. He has worked at over 10 fitness centers and 30 Senior Living Communities (Independent/Retirement Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Post Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Health Care) for his Chair Chi (Tai Chi in a chair) program as well. Patrick also travel the nation teaching the Chair Chi program in 30 states and Canada.
