Gidget Arabe

Gidget Arabe worked as a personal chef for several families throughout north San Diego since 2002.  Her expertise was in helping clients get healthy through elimination diets, figuring out what foods to avoid, and what to have more of.  Gidget is currently working on a Functional Nutrition Certificate and loves to teach healthy cooking classes.
