LeeAnna Yater

As an artist and designer LeeAnna Yater has had many diverse experiences in the art world. After receiving her MFA, she began her professional career as a furniture gallery and showroom interior designer. LeeAnna has spent the last thirty years as a college art and design professor as well as an exhibiting artist. She has curated and juried several exhibitions while also serving on public art selection committees and coordinating unique art related events. She is proficient in the fiber arts, ceramics, digital art & photography, printmaking, painting, and various mixed media projects. LeeAnna is currently a self employed art instructor in San Diego and Orange County.

One of her many interesting free-lance experiences included the designing of 2 hot air balloons housed in a French chateau that flew throughout Europe. She is currently living in Jamul in the tiny house on wheels that she designed and built.
