Dominique Santoni

Dominique grew up in restaurants owned by his parents. Inspired by Rémy, his father, he learned to love cooking at an early age.
His classical training was under michelin-starred chefs in Cannes, but having lived in the north and the south of France, his draws inspiration from both regions.
