Dylan Hasinsky

My name is Dylan Padilla Hasinsky,  I am a self taught sourdough baker, chef, and enthusiast of all things fermented. Previously, I served our amazing community as an EMT and then as tech at a local hospital until we had our first baby. Now I work at one of the best breweries in the county and purvey naturally leavened bakes to all those that crave real bread!
